Management Policy

Having in view our clients, interested parties’ requirements and expectations, the development strategy on average and long term and the management’ commitment at the highest level, S.C. OIL TERMINAL S.A. Constanta designed, documented and introduced a certificate of Quality Management System according to standard SR EN ISO 9001:2008’ requirements. After having assessed the Quality Management System’ compliance with SR EN ISO 9001:2008, assessment made by the Certification Entity Bureau Veritas Romania, our company S.C. OIL TERMINAL S.A. Constanta was granted, to the initial certification, the Certificate no.130232/13.05.2003, available until 13.05.2006 and furtherly in a three-year period, when the system was certificated again, in May 2009, the Certificate RO18639Q/14.05.2012, availabele until 13.05.2015.

TARGET
OIL TERMINAL’ target is service supplies of crude oil, petroleum, petrochemical, liquid chemical products receiving, storage, conditioning and delivery into and from maritime, fluvial vessels, railcars, petroleum pipelines, loading into roadcars, vessels’ bunkerage as well.

PROSPECTVE
OIL TERMINAL Constanta will be a leader of services supplies betweeen petroleum terminals in Black Sea area.
